Grand Theft Auto V is back at the summit of the UK’s all-format charts, recording its fifth week at number one.
It follows the sandbox crime thriller being named the UK’s best-selling game since records began weeks earlier.
Biggest chart rivals Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare dropped to second, suffering a 61 percent reduction in sales, while FIFA 15 came in third after seeing a 51 percent decline in sales.
Activision also saw Bungie’s newest franchise Destiny grabbed a place in the top ten, coming in at no.9.
Far Cry 4, The Crew and Assassin’s Creed Unity occupy four, five and six.
The Assassin’s Creed series meanwhile have three entries in the top 20, with Assassin’s Creed Black Flag in 11 and Assassin’s Creed Rogue in 20.
Many of the top selling games saw fewer sales following Christmas and faced almost no competition from new entrants.
Nintendo’s Captain Toad Treasure Tracker, launched on December 21, fell to 40 after debuting at 16 in the charts.
