Paris Saint Germain’s(PSG) world renowned striker, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, had a lot to say during his interview with Sports Illustrated. While PSG is currently in the United competing in the International Champion Cup, Ibrahimovic decided to talk about his future with PSG while comparing himself to Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
The interview started off by talking about the infamous fight between Ibrahimovic and former teammate Onyewu. The Swedish international answered by stating sometimes you have to fight be friends, while laughing.
In the following questions Ibrahimovic cleared up the rumors about moving to the Premier League to play under Louis Van Gaal, with Manchester United. However Ibrahimovic made it known that his relationship with Van Gaal is not so great and that he will not be leaving PSG before his contract is over, which ends next year.
Ibrahimovic spoke about his World hunger campaign which was very successful, and also made it known that he did not do the campaign for any recognition but solely for the purpose of stopping world hunger.
Before the interview ended, Ibrahimovic, gave his perspective on Ronaldo and Messi and it was clear to see that Messi was on a higher pedestal to the Swedish star.
